Grisette is inspired by the soft session beers of Belgium. The blond color, notes of floral European hops and delicate, bright finish create a complex, yet very approachable beer. This farmhouse inspired table beer was aged in a Missouri oak foedre for several months before being naturally conditioned in this bottle.

Tough to pass this one up on draft, lovely dry clean light effervescence. Bright lemony notes, just a brush from the barrel.

Rated at Side Project Brewing. Smooth, fruity, spicy slightly tart and floral with hints of farmyard and earthiness. Quite similar to the Dry hopped one.

Mild aroma, especially after the last. Stone fruit. Taste is pleasantly tart, lightly fruity. Somewhat inscrutable in flavor but nothing off. Lemon and orange aftertaste.

Pale golden color. No head. Barnyard, sour , oak, wheat, apple and peaches in the nose. Very light body, low medium bitterness. Tart and funky. Super refreshing and light body. Finish is a bit too dry and quick but great complexity
