Served at the House of Hops US beer tasting, Kuala Lumpur. Poured a hazy yellow golden colour with a short-lived, frothy white head. The aroma is grainy, light dank. The flavour is moderate bitter, with a fresh, crisp, dank resin, light citrus, dry weedy, hop bitter palate. Medium bodied with average carbonation. Needed a little air for the character to come through.

473ml can. Opalescent, yellow-ish, golden colour with average to huge, fluffy, very slowly osteoporosing, minimally lacing, snow white head. Citrusy fruity and piney, slightly grassy, hoppey aroma, slightly spicy, pale malty background, notes of lemon, lemon peel, some salty cracker, whiffs of grapefruit. Taste is bitter, citrusy fruity and piney hoppy, spicy, pale malty background, notes of lemon, lemon peel, a touch of orange peel, some salty cracker.
Oily-watery texture, slightly dry palate, medium, dense, mildly prickly carbonation.
Mild bitterness, clean, drinkable - decent.

CD: 06/04/2024. Pours a clear yellow golden body and a small white head with good retention. Aroma's of resin and citrus. Retronasal the citrus, and other sour (tropical) fruit, is more prominent. Flavor is above moderate bitter with a light malty sweet backbone. Medium bodied. Good carbonation. Finishes with a lasting bitter flavor. Nice, true to the style.
