(Bottle, 0.75 l - 2015 vintage - BB 01.06.2028, from Sip Tallinn, 20190907) The cider poured golden and clear. Its head was small and white. Aroma had apples, vanilla and lightly sourness. Palate was medium bodied with rather high carbonation. Flavours were apples, sourness, vanilla and light tartness. Aftertaste was dry and lightly tart. A decent dry but too fizzy cider.

Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 7 | Flavor - 7 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7

Tap at pudel. Pours hazy yellow. Aroma is intense sourness, apples, some sweetness, bit spicy. Flavor is sour, sweet, bitter, apples, acidic notes. Carbonation is quite high. Finish is dry and sour with some warming alcohol. Overall: ok.
