That was our idea on this mosaic filled New England, Double Dryhopped, Double IPA. 8% alcohol, just like his predecessor Mosaic Moustache. The New England IIPA is the style we turn to more often these days, and oh boy, do we love ‘em!

Can from The Beer Cave. Hazy golden body with lots of flecks floating beneath a white head. Low carbonation. Faint lacing. Aroma of orange and kiwi fruit. Flavour of lemon, glue and orange. Medium body with an oily texture. Soft fizz. Rough and boozy. Not great.

Draught Fast gone bubbly head over ochre-yellow beer. Very cheesy, cheesecrackers, kroepoek, fruity notes. Fruity, if a bit fade, hopflavours dominate but not distinctive. Medium bodied, bit slick, feels lighter than the ABV would warrant. One thing: it's dangerously drinkable.

Solid and powerful dipa. Unclear yellow color with a fine head. Ok lacing. Solid hoppy aroma. Lasting fine tail and a semi dry texture. Powerful citric hoppy, tropical and lots of pine here. Beer for hop heads.

Clearly, lively golden IPA. Dry, grassy aroma with a slightly herby hint. Flavour is sweet citrus, dry hop, a dry grassiness to it. it's soft and mellow and too drinkable by half for the strength.

Bottle, 0.33l. Cloudy orange pour, one finger soapy white head. Medium retention, broken lacing on the glass. Balanced nose, caramel malt, citrus fruits, pine. Grassy background, quite nice. Medium body, soft carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel, creamy texture. Really pleasant on the tongue. Taste is more on the sweet side with tamed hop bitterness. Nicely balanced nonetheless. Aroma is balanced between caramel malt sweetness and juicy tropical fruits. Lime, orange, pine. Some herbal spiciness. Drying mouthfeel. Traces of alcohol in the background throughout the finish, otherwise it's really well hidden. Very drinkable for the ABV. Overall, quite tasty. Well balanced brew. Personally I'd prefer a bit stronger hop bitterness but no matter. Really nice.
