That was our idea on this mosaic filled New England, Double Dryhopped, Double IPA. 8% alcohol, just like his predecessor Mosaic Moustache. The New England IIPA is the style we turn to more often these days, and oh boy, do we love ‘em!

Tap at Flink Gegist festival. Hazy golden with big white head. Massive dank mosaic, sweet malts, lots of tropical fruits, light berries. Over medium sweet and under medium bitter. Over medium bodied.

Draught @ Van Moll Brewpub. Hazy yellow golden color, medium sized white to off-white head that lasts for a short while. Aroma is heavily fruit and fruit hoppy. Flavor is similar with the hops dominating, fruity flavors, sweet notes clearly too as expected. Solid. 8-3-7-3-14= 3.5 // Bottle @ home. [Apparently there's discussion about whether this is a new entry. Hazy orangy golden color, decent sized white head. Aroma is lightly malts, very nice hoppy and tropical fruit. Flavor is malts, hops, decently bitter. The hops in the flavor, hmm a bit odd tbh. Flavor imo is quite disappointing. In that regard not much has changed if it is a new version, so based on that the merge / alias is justified. 8-3-7-3-13/14=3.4/3.5. Same as before.

Tap@Fermentoren, Copenhagen (Uiltje TTO 09/05/2018 with the Malmö crew) - yellow to light orange hazy pour with white head. Juicy fruity with sweet fruity notes of grapefruit, tangerine, mango, medium body, pine needles, resinous punchy hoppy hits into the finish.

From tap. Pours hazy yellow to orange. Small white head. Aroma is grapefruity, mango. Crisp juicy. Bitter. Mellow and lingering hoppy. Fruity and crisp bitter finish.

Tap at Arendsnest. Clear golden with white head. Sweet malts, massive pineapple and tropical jazz, super dank weed and onions, garlic. Moderate sweet and bitter. Over medium body and soft carbonation. Very lovely. // Fresh & Fast Can at home. Pours unclear golden with white head. Malty pineapple juice with mango’s and weed bulbs orbiting around it. Oaty, dry, tropical, garliccy, oniony masterpiece.

On tap @ Brew Wild. Camber color, off-white head, some retention and lacing. Aroma has notes of resin hops, orange peel and some peach. Flavor is fruity mainly dominated by peachy notes, good maltiness, resins, good bitterness. Final is moderate bittery, good duration, dense and creamy on palate.

Draught, TTO, outside in the sun at Fermentoren. Filmy layer, upper part lacing, misty pale golden body. Promising tropical fruity aromas. Well blended fruit hoppy taste of peaches, pineapple and mango. Smooth fruity bitterness to the finish. Well bodied. Enjoying. (Copenhagen 09.05.2018).

Tap. Sampled with the RB Crew on the 09/05/2018 at "Fermentoren", Copenhagen. Cloudy orange colour with a medium white head. Aroma is a punch of Mosaic hops with a background of floral and tropical fruits. Taste is intense fruity and juicy leading to an intense hoppy finish. Medium body and soft carbonation. Good IPA! Next one please!

Tap. Hazy orange-ish color with white head. Aroma is tropical fruit, melon, juicy, some crystal-malt-like flavours. Taste is tropical fruit, milky yeasts, again some caramely malts. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Good!
