That was our idea on this mosaic filled New England, Double Dryhopped, Double IPA. 8% alcohol, just like his predecessor Mosaic Moustache. The New England IIPA is the style we turn to more often these days, and oh boy, do we love ‘em!

330ml bottle from Alko. BBE 30/07/19. Pours clear yellowish with a foamy head. Aroma of chewy tropical fruits, pineapple, citrus and mango juice. Taste is juicy, fruity and slightly creamy with some pineapple, tropical fruits, mango and citrus. Finish is creamy, fruity and slightly juicy with some pineapple and mango. Okay, but doesn't really look like a NEIPA.

A light yellow beer, a head is almost medium and white. Aroma has fresh and fruitful, mango, mandarin, papaiya, grapefruit. Taste has grapefruit, mango, papaya, some fructose, quite mild bitterness, but enough. Medium bodied, low carbonation. Complex and fresh fruitness. Good beer.

Bottle at home in Barbados, 22nd August 18. Pours a hazy straw colour. Aroma is tropical fruit and citrus. Taste is aromatic, fruity, slight bitter, pine. Great one

(Bottle, 0.33 l - batch Y18B095 - BB 30/07/2019, from Alko, 20180824) The beer poured looking like a orange juice with sediment. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fruitiness, peach and tangerine. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, citricness, grapefruit, peach and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity and bitter. Too much like a juice.

33 cl bottle at Liquid Café, Grund, Luxembourg City. It pours hazy lemon-hued, with a short-lived off-white head. Aroma is really intense, displaying everything you'd expect from a NEIIPA: passion fruit, mango, grapefruit, sweet lemon, honey and a hint of rocket. Taste is full, dry, fresh, medium carb. Quite peculiar: it ain't super powerful and bitterness is quite well balanced. Long-lasting finish. To sum up: yeah, mammoth is quite an apt name for this one.

Draught @ Fermentoren, Halmtorvet 29 c, Copenhagen, Denmark 1700. [ As Uiltje Mosaic Mammoth ].Unclear - hazy medium orange colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, sweet malt, moderate to heavy hoppy, fruity hops, grapefruit, dried fruit, citrus. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dried fruit, fruity hops, citrus, swet malt, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Draught at KØ18. Weak fruity aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Ok stable white head. The flavour is sweetish with a mellow fruitiness and a citric hoppiness.
