330 ml bottle from the first batch. Pours dark brown, a bit of foam. Aroma is dry, hops earthy. Some roast and bitter chocolate also there. Taste is chocolaty, has some coffee and hop stings. Very nice. Long aftertaste of bitter and biting chocolate. I don’t know, I can’t get this chocolate out of my head, at the end it even feels like having a toffee chocolate cake - just minus the sweetness.

Med brown color with white head. Excellent chocolatey character with Citra hops pushing through. Big chocolately malty backbone with modest hops. Feels heavier than 6.1%. Nice balance. Smooth. Maltiness sits there in the finish. More malt than I would perhaps like, but fantastic character.

Bottle at Pudel Baar, Tallinn. Opaque black color, small beige head. Strong aroma of gooseberry bushes and toasted notes. Light-bodied to medium-bodied. Gooseberry hoppyness, toadted maltyness, licorice. Lingering toasted bitterness ik the aftertaste. Quite typical bipa. A bit watery for its abv.

On tap at Drink baar, Tallinn. Close to black with a modest beige head. Hoppy aroma with citrus, pine, roasted malt, notes of dark and bitter chocolate, hints of bitter berries, licorice and possibly some slightly wooden hints too. Medium sweet with hoppy flavour and some more modest dark malty flavours and a quite bitter finish. Medium+ body with fairly average carbonation. Bitter aftertaste with piney notes. Nice!

0,33L bottle, batch 029, BB 06.05.15. Pours dark brown-black with light brown head. The head stays for some moments. Aroma is roast, biscuits, berries, some sweetness. Flavor is intense roast, coffee, biscuits, berries, citrus. Finish is lingering roast bitter with some citric notes. Body is on the thin side. Overall: decent brew, but it’s my least favorite from their own brewery. I’m just not a big fan of very hoppy, but watery brews. Original rating 6:4:6:3:14=3.3 Updated: tried it from the tap @drink baar and it was better. Didn’t taste as watery and drinkability seemed better (or maybe I was just more drunk ..) Tap rating 6:4:7:3:15=3.5
