Maybe feels a bit more like a tripel than a saison. Kind of full on. But it’s alright!

2/10/2018. Bottle bought at the brewery. 7.25% abv. Pours very slightly hazy golden with a small lasting off-white head. Aroma of citrus, yeast, caramel and light herb. Medium sweetness and moderate bitterness. Medium body, oily texture, average to soft carbonation. Some increase in bitterness in the finish. Okay.

Bottle sample at a tasting at troubles' place. Thanks Tom L. Oxidation, a bit of fruity esters, some vegetables, spiciness, sweet malt, a bit of alcohol, bitterish note. Not good.
