Can at home, shared with James, 6th March 2026. Pours black and thick, aromas of chocolate, coffee, dark fruits, barrel. Taste is complex, chocolate, sticky, prunes, wood, sweet, maybe a hint of bourbon, tasty stuff, but as always with this brewer in recent times, it runs pretty sweet

Pours black with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, syrup, caramel and vanilla. Taste is heavy sweet and medium bitter with a long roasted, chocolate, caramel and vanilla finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Viscous black, no head. Aroma of caramel and cognac. Sweet with full body and viscous, sticky mouthfeel. Syrup and caramel, sweet milk chocolate and some cognac. Sticky warming finish.

Can at home. Thick black colour with a tan head. Aroma is boozy cognac and bourbon. Very sweet some chocolate. Rich full body.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Pitch black colour with a tiny head. Aroma is liquorice, chocolate, mild toasted tones with some nutty elements and some toasted tones. Flavour is liquorice, some chocolate, some toasted malts and mild nutty elements. Thick and nice.

Can big thanks to my bro. It lives opaque njet black with a thick dark tan head which forms after pouring. The aroma is big and boozey, white grape, melon, pear, ripe cognac, unctuous, oily, toffee, bourbon, nutty, praline, chocolate , gateaux, fererro rocher, rocky road, vanilla and toasted marshmallow. The taste is slick, thick, oily, drying, toothy, bitter - sweet, coffee, dark roasted malt, unctuous, rich cakey malts, vanilla cake frosting, gateaux, booze soaked oak, liquorice allsorts, toffee, warming booze, bourbon, white grape juice, pear, melon, dried fruits, Eccles cake, jammy berry and warming alcohol with a slick, bitter - sweet finish. Fulsome body, supportive carbonation and slick mouth feel. Decadent. Fun stuff.

Can from Øl2GO @ Kollund. Pours pitch black with a small brown head, some light lacings. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, coffee, chocolate, light vanilla, light bourbon. Flavor is sweet, rich malty, caramel, chocolate, vanilla, coffee, light cognac, bourbon. Full body, oily mouthfeel, soft carbonation, sweet finish with some warming alcohol. 111024
