200ml draught at Habitat. Black in the glass, a small fawn-coloured head leaving dotted spots on the glass. Attractive smell of choco-caramel, smoothly roasted. Powerful taste character with chocolate , dark caramel, supported by ripe fruits on a backbone of molasses. Smoothly roasted chocolate to a long-lived ending with warmth from the alcohol. Full bodied sipper. Enjoying. (Trondheim, 01.08.2024).

Can from ØL2GO Horsens. Pours pitch black with a creamy light brown head. Aroma of roasted malt, caramel, rich coffee, some dried fruit, sweet wine. Flavor is quite sweet, roast malt, caramel, rich coffee, dried fruit, sweet wine, some alcohol. Medium to full body, average carbonation, sweet finish with warming alcohol. 010824

Can at home, from HOTM online, 17/07/24. Pitch black with a good sized lasting khaki covering. Nose is dark malts, maple syrup, molasses, chocolate melt, nutty, honeycomb, booze tunes. Taste comprises maple syrup, booze, molasses, pistachio, dark chocolate, honeycomb, spice. Full bodied, viscous feel, semi drying close with a balanced spike of alcohol. Tidy impy stout.
