Appearance- black, opaque, with a tan/ dark brown fizzy head which fades quickly. Aroma- chocolate, coffee, tiramisu, brownie, fudge cake, earthy dark malt, cocoa powder. Caramel hints. Taste is chocolate, coffee, maple, caramel sauce, chocolate fudge brownie, sweet chocolate torte, biscuity malt. Very tasty and sweet, excellent. Very slight hint of booze but well-hidden. Slick and oily mouthfeel.

Can at home. Eszeveszett edes, a kave szepen jon, rengeteg juharszirup is mutatkozik, a pisztacia visszafogott, pont, mint a hordozas. Volt egy pont amikor sokkal rosszabbra szamitottam, de ez maximum csak ahhoz kepest jo, Moersleutel mercevel merve nem kifejezetten

Can at home picked up from HOTM. A jet black coloured pour, oily, dark tan head, that fades to a whisp. Aroma is meaty roast, praline, hazelnut, tangy, some barrel ages, bourbon notes. Flavour is composed of medium sweet, sticky, praline, sticky brown sugars, cakey, black forest gateaux, caramel. Palate is super sweet, sticky, oily, slick , mellow carbonation. Super thick and chewy.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Viscous black. Syrupy nose with pistacchio and caramel. Very sweet with full body and sticky mouthfeel. Maple syrup, dates and pistacchio on caramel. Sticky warming finish. Tastes like somebody dumped a lot of random, expensive (very sweet) ingredients in a bucket. Not sure if there are fermentable grains too?

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Black colour, small head. Aroma is After Eight. Flavour is After Eight with some maple syrup. No more to say. Alcohol is surprisingly mellow here.

Can 440ml @ Rasmus hytte. Pours black with a tan head. Aroma has notes of roasted malt, chocolate, cocoa, oak, vanilla, dried fruits, maple and nuts. Taste is heavy sweet and medium bitter with a long chocolate, dried fruits, oak, nutty and maple finish. Body is full, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Op tap bij de Scrapyard. Zwarte kleur, bruine kraag. Koffie, zoete wijn, rozijnen, gebrande mout, zoete ahornsiroop, vanille, bitterzoete finish. Volle body. Beetje too much, maar heeft z'n momenten.
