a dark orange, 3 finger darkened white thick head. Brett, sourdough and orange peel and funk dominate the aroma with the smell of white wine and oak. Grapes dominate the taste here throughout the palate. The classic brut Mikkeller comes through very well. a lot of grape skin here. it’s nice, certainly a good brett.
