Nelson Sauvignon. The king of the king of beers. Fermented with champagne yeast, brettanomyces and enzymes. This time aged in German Riesling wine casks. Very dry, very vinous and very delicious. Sehr gut! Show Less

Backlog June 2017. Clear, golden body under a big, dense off-white head. Slightly funky aroma with oak, grape and vinous. Taste is smooth with pale malt, wood, ripe citric fruit and grapes. Fine balanced body and pleasant slightly bittersweet aftertaste. Nice, refreshing and quite complex.

11.2 ounce can, best before October 1st, 2019.

It pours a somewhat hazy orange gold with an initial massive head of foam. That settled down quickly leaving good lacing behind.

Grape forward, hop forward, actually spicy, no fruity hop forward smell. Passion fruit for sure. Lots of sweet notes.

Passionfruit and grapes totally up front and delicious. I'm not getting much of the oranges but that's okay. Passionfruit lingers in the finish and aftertaste.

Medium bodied with mild carbonation.

Not sure if it's worth $9 a can but I am enjoying the one can I bought.

Bäst för 2018. Något mörkare bärnstensfärgad med vitt skum. Gröna druvor, fat, grönt äpple och päron med en snäll sockersötma. Snäll funkig stallton med lätt syrlig ton.
