Can at home. Opaque black color, medium sized brown head that diminishes very quickly. Aroma is malts, chocolate and coffee. Flavor is malts, soft to medium roast, brown malts, toasted malts lightly, light to moderately chocolate notes, balanced coffee influence, after that more clearly dark chocolate with a sweetish finish, before a malt bitterness in the end closes this marvelous Rollercoaster ride of a beer. Very well balanced with loads of different flavors coming together very nicely, this is a great brew imo. Delicious, absolutely delicious.

Australian version brewed at Nomad. Can. Very dark brown with a loose tan head that doesn't last. Caramel and licorice aroma with bread, some chocolate. Moderately sweet. Both roast and hop bitterness are a little more prominent upon a taste and it ends up more London than American. Good, but strong for what it offers.
