500ml bottle from Cheese Etc, Pangbourne. Pale golden colour, short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of fleshy apple, green apple. Taste is tart, green apple, skin & core, with some citric acidity. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying tart acidic finish. Quite drinkable.
