Shed One is the start of a journey to develop our signature cider. A blend of two Bittersweet Cider apples, Yarlington Mill and Vilberie and balanced with local dry cider. It is sweetened to a Medium. The Yarlington Mill is the dominant apple but the strong tannins are balanced with the natural acidity of the local apples. Bottle conditioned for a light sparkle.

500ml bottle from Cheese Etc, Pangbourne. Lightly hazed orangey gold colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin layer and aroma of apple, fruit, funk. Taste is sweetish & tangy, tart, apple, fruity, mineral note, with alittle funk and drying bittersweet tannin. Medium bodied, light carbonation, medium tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
