A soft, fresh, juicy cider packed full of fruit crafted from a mixture of culinary and dessert apples harvested from gardens and orchards within rg postcodes. Blended with a small quantity of Dabinett, a bittersweet cider apple harvested in Somerset. Fermented slowly using wild yeasts and balanced with a small amount of sweetness.

500ml bottle from Cheese Etc, Pangbourne. Pressed in Autumn 2021, 6.3%. Sparkling, golden colour, short-lived bubbly white foam head and aroma of apple, fruit, orchardy funk. Taste is sweetish, apple, fruity, core, some baked apple & caramel hints, with woody funk and mellow tannins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, medium-dry lightly tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
