This is the first single orchard selection Wilding have made from this orchard which they started renting in 2021. There are a good selection of quality cider apples planted here, and Sam & Beccy have selected Dabinett, Reinette D'Obry, Chisel Jersey, Brown's Apple, Harry Masters Jersey and Ellis Bitter for this orchard blend to showcase some of the best fruit in 2022.

2022 was an exceptional year and which saw elevated sugar levels, tannin and aroma across the board.

On the nose travel sweets, lime marmalade, stewed fruit, leather, orchard floor. In the mouth this is a mouthwatering combination of zippy acid, firm tannic structure and sweetness which keeps you going back for more. A light, pearly sparkle complements the mouth feel wonderfully and will be a great pairing with food.

750ml bottle from Fine Cider Co. Cloudy orange gold colour, short-lived white foam head and aroma of apple, fleshy fruit, funk. Taste is sweet & tart, tangy, apple, fruity, citrusy acidic, with hints of toffee, caramel, some woody & funky notes and drying tannin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, medium dry tart & tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
