Keg at the Euston Tap - London. Pours clear gold with a foamy white head. Nice aroma, some juicy hops predominating. Medium sweet flavor, more citrusy hops, light pine, pale bready sugars. Medium bodied with fine carbonation. Moderate hop resins on the finish, decent bready sweetness, some peach, citrus. Solid.

From a 33cl at Buxton/Haandbryggeriet tasting at Verkstedet, Oslo. Pretty much clear golden to amber with a white head. Medium hoppy aroma with some citrusy and fruity notes, the slightly strange Sorachi Ace influnce and hints of herbs and pine. Medium sweet with hoppy and a bit fruity flavours, some acidity and a fairly bitter finish. Think I prefer the Axe Edge, but nice one this too.

An slightly orange beer with a medium and blond head. The aroma is strongly tropical, mangos, pineapples, citrusfruits, some sweetness. Taste is fruitful, grapefruits, mangos, pine forest, at least medium bitterness, that is slightly resin in the end. Medium bodied, slightly harsh carbonation that calms down after a while. It would be nice to compare this to Axe Edgeen, but after found out my memories and review, the Axe has been more sophisticated. Good beer is this also, good fruits and enough of bitterness.

Bottle @ home. Hazy orange color, medium to full sized white to off-white head that lasts for quite a while. Aroma is quite malty, nicely hoppy. Taste malts, hops, nicely fruity, nicely bitter. Medium body and carbonation. -- Rerate from can at home, Sept 29th 2020. Bad experience. Hazy orange color. Full sized white head. Aroma and flavor are typical ugly filthy sorachi ace. Green plant-ish. Dont like it at all. Bleh. Would rate it 6-4-4-6-4 or something. Really unpleasant.

Bottle from Cotterdge Wines, Birmingham. Poured a crystal clear light amber with a frothy white head and lots of bubbles. The aroma is citrus, grassy hop. The flavour is moderate bitter with a lovely smooth woody nettle fop bitter, light citrus, light spice, light peppermint palate and a lingering bitter finish. Medium bodied with lively carbonation. This is the way all good IPA’s should be brewed!
