Sample courtesy of Grumbo, cheers Graham! Orange gold colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of apple, fruit, funk. Taste is sweetish, tangy, apple, acetic funky, with leather, wood, oak and bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying tangy tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.

31/5/2024. From BIAB at the 37th Colchester Real Ale and Cider Festival. Pours clear amber gold with a frothy white head. Aroma is sweet fruity apples, caramel, light funky notes. Medium sweetness, light bitterness and tartness. Medium body, oily, average to soft carbonation. Drying finish. Enjoyable.
