A classic example of our cider made from a mix of Spartan and unknown eating apples collected on a picking day with friends at Mick Scrace’s orchard, along with a dash of Dabinet from Quarry Farm.
We pressed Mick's apples the following day adding some of the Dabinet juice as we went and then left it to wild ferment and then mature for over a year.

Appearance - 8 | Aroma - 8 | Flavor - 8 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 7.5
330ml bottle from beergb. Golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, straw, funk. Taste is apple, fruity, vanilla, woody, with some mellow acidity and tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry finish. Nicely drinkable.
