Made from hand-picked apples from traditional North Somerset cider orchards pressed and allowed to ferment using naturally occurring yeasts.

A still, single varietal cider made from the classic cider apple Tremlett's Bitter. Slightly cloudy,. Tannic mouth-feel, with the bitterness of the apple balanced and softened by the residual sugars. Hints of spice.

750ml bottle from Wild West. Hazy bright orange colour, thin white foam rim and aroma of apple, juicy, funk. Taste is sweet, ripe apple, fruity, caramel, mellow, vanilla, with some orchardy funk and drying soft tannin. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-sweet finish. Nicely drinkable.
