Panda courtesy of Theydon_Bois, cheers Colin! Clear pale yellow gold colour, white foam head that dissipates and aroma of perry pear, flowery. Taste is tangy, tart, perry pear, fleshy, floral, with some funk, straw and zingy acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying peary flesh at the finish. Nicely drinkable.

Bottle at the home, from Cat In The Glass online, 12/05/24. Pale golden yellow with a fast collapsing white crown ... a few floaties towards the end of the bottle. Nose is pear skins, grass, herb, straw, light orchard wood. Taste comprises pears, tannins, light vinous notes, straw, apple skin. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Solid refreshing and flavoursome perry for a hote day.
