375ml bottle from Cat in the Glass. Orangey gold colour, some bubbles on top that quickly dissipate to a thin white rim and aroma of apple, fruity, caramel, funk. Taste is sweet, apple, fleshy, wood, oak, orchardy, funky, with bittersweet tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, drying tannic finish. Nicely drinkable.
