Cask at Newcastle Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Amber gold colour, bubbly white foam head and aroma of citrusy hops. Taste is malt, caramel, grains, with marmalade and citrus, resiny hop bitterness. Medium bodied, light carbonation, dry hoppy bitter finish. Nicely drinkable

A regular IPA! Crystal clear, bronze, decent big foamy head that retained for a good while and left heavy lacing on the glass. Nose features some citrus hops, but also a tad floral and grassy in an English hop way. Very light caramelized malts in the nose too. Flavor features a nice balance between citric/herbal/grassy hop flavorings and a decently rounded caramel malt presence, with a medium bitterness at finish. Leans semi-sweet but I might say its really balanced, right in the middle. Moderate mouthfeel - it drinks its weight at 7% ABV. A decent regular old IPA, nothing earth shattering but refreshing to find in a sea of hazies and juicies.

On tap-rich offwhite-hazy amber. A-med malt-some caramel?, citrus-lemon. T-mostly malty, citrus. An ok beer, perfectly drinkable. Not an ipa, in my view.

Grabbed half growler from brewery. Not sure how this is your ipa in 2018 for a new brewery. Pours copper amber decent head. Nose is caramel and malt and red fruit. Tastes of much the same very malty, some berry, caramel, and hint of spice. Light booziness. Some bitters but in background.
