A field blend from two local orchards one on the edge of Terrible Down and one in High Hurstwood owned by our friend Mick Scrace. This mix of cookers, eaters and some cider fruit has produced a classic new world style cider: acid led, crisp with lots of floral notes and a pleasing finish.

BIAB at Newcastle Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Golden colour, no head and aroma of apple, sweet fruit, funk. Taste is sweet, apple, fruity, funky, wood, oak hint, with citric & tropical notes and mellow tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation medium sweet soft tannic finish. Nicely drinkable
