Grafting is the skilful art of joining two plants together in union, creating results greater than the sum of their parts. Grafter is a nod to everyone out there creating, working and caring. Crafted from a rich blend of heritage cider apples grown, pressed and fermented at Woolton Farm in Kent. We have matured this cider a little bit longer, giving lovely supple and rounded tannins, balanced against a touch of sweetness, ripe red apple and a long complex finish.

BIAB at Newcastle Beer & Cider Festival 2024. Clear golden amber colour, thin bubbly rim and aroma of baked apple. Taste is sweetish, apple, fleshy, with some soft tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium dry mellow tannic finish. Quite drinkable
