Panda at home thanks to Ed Danlo. A clear golden yellow coloured pour with a fine white head. Aroma is floral, tangy green pear, lemon twist, midget gems, light wheat. Flavour is composed of moudly funk, grape, pear, spores, funky, lacto, funky. Palate is tangy, woody, highish carbonation. Good.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 17/04/24. Pale golden yellow with a white cap that retains as spotting and edgework. Nose is pear skins, orchard wood, light herb, honeysuckle, grains. Taste comprises juicy pears, light funk, hay bale, balsa wood, tannins, straw, perfume. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Solid Perry.

750ml wired cork bottle from Fine Cider Co. For #rgpm. Opened with a pop. Sparkling, yellow gold colour, fizzy white foam head that dissipates and aroma of perry pear, citric, floral, herby, funky. Taste is sweet & tart, perry pear, fruity, fleshy, zingy citrus, flowery, with some woody funk and drying tannins. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart & tannic peary finish. Very drinkable.

Bottle pour at The London Cider House, pours a clear pale golden blonde with a small white head. Aroma is full of big horse blanket, dry pear skins, and champagne-like effervescence. Flavour is complex, with light-to-medium sweet pears, plenty of hay and funk, champagne-like effervescence. Really nicely put together as usual, with so much depth. Excellent.
