A fruity, rich, viscous perry. A choice blend of at least 40 different perry varietals from Ocle Pychard.
A big, bold and juicy perry, full in the mouth and a hint of biscuit in the finish. Touch of rhubarb and pear on the nose and a rich melon and pear taste. Very full and fruity. Abv 6.5%.

Panda at home thanks to Ed Danlo. A clear pale yellow straw coloured pour with a halo of white head. Aroma is big funky wood, oak, tannin, mouldy wood, balsa. apple pips. Flavour is composed of mouldy wood, spores, super musty, green fruit, Palate is semi sweet, tannin, oaky, fine carbonation. Did not hold up well.

Panda at home, thanks to Ed Danlo, 17/04/24. Pale yellow with a thin white cap that fizzes away to some spotting. Nose is hedgerow, pear core, tannins, herb, dusty orchard fruit, light funk. Taste comprises earthy orchards, pear skins, caramel, damp straw, herb, tannins. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close. Solid Perry.

750ml bottle from Fine Cider Co. For #rgpm. Sparkling, pale golden colour, thin white rim and aroma of perry pear, caramel, funk. Taste is sweet, perry pear, fruity, floral, citric, funky hint, with a caramel note, alittle woody tannin and some tart acidity. Medium bodied, light carbonation, drying sweet peary finish. Nicely drinkable.
