Keyaki. Aroma is rice, bit of booze. Taste has sweetness, wheaty, nice. Maybe the sake is a bit disconcerting for me as I've had some bad sake hangovers.

Hazy orange, bit of foam on top. Aroma is quite unusual for the beer, slightly smoky, sake feel to it as well. taste is fruity, nice sake rice. Feels somewhat stronger, berries and quite clean finish. Slight sourness in the end, dry, not really a long linger there.

Bottle (thanks jinroh). Pours golden orange. Aroma is fruity, hoppy, citrus. Flavor is sour, sweet, fruits, malt. Overall: drinkable.

Draft - Fruity esters. Good clear gold with a decent white head. Fruity esters and a dry finish. Very yeasty.

This should be called Aqula Akita Ginjo (named for the sake). On tap at Watering Hole. Hazy gold with almost no head. Belgian saison yeast like nose with some koji and sake notes. Soft carbonation with a sweet but funky nuance to it...like fermented rice. Clean and easy to drink. Tap at Yokohama Beer Fest. Rich nose of rice, esters, fruit. Sake in the flavor, peaches, orange. rich and a bit sweet but finished crisp. nice.

hazy golden, dry fruity, lychee nose with melon. A bit of Popcorn. Light bitter finish. Mouth is not as great, as the nose.
