A super fresh and hoppy DDH DIPA packed full of tropical fruit and citrus flavours. Intense but balanced between sweetness, bitterness and a slightly warming booziness. Made with Nectaron, Talus and Mosaic hops, and local Danish honey.
Brewer's Notes: for this fun collab with PLU, we pulled out all the stops using the most hops we ever have in a beer - 30g per liter total. We love the results, hop you do too ;)
