Midwest is best! We partnered up with our pals from Barn Town Brewing out of Des Moines, IA to craft Hex Signs—a full, juicy, fruit forward hazy double IPA. Combining experimental hops with Citra and Cryopop will help us all decifer the hex signs, talismen, and barn quilts that hang across landscapes between our two cities and across the midwest.

Draught @ Kesey's Tavern, Chicago IL (Oct 2024). Extremely hazy dark yellow-orange, like apricot juice, foamy large off-white head, citrus--mango aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter orangey taste with mango and peach flavors, thin body, long bitter finish. Decent, though turns bitter at the end.

Pint can from Total Wine Madison, 8/16/24. Aroma of melon, dandelion, hay, tropical fruit. Taste is tangerine, melon, grapefruit, pale malt. Juicy, low bitterness.

Really nice beer. Slightly on the sweet side. But with great citrus, resin, onion, sweat flavor. Bit of warmth in the finish. Could easily have more.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a hazy gold with a peach hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has dank mango and bitter citrus with a bit of onion underlying. Flavor has strong citrus and dank mango with a bit of grass and a touch of resin backing.
