Color granate, opaco, atractivo y lujurioso, si te lo curras bien en el escanciado puedes sacar una espuma tremendamente cremosa de color rosado, en caso de que el "escanciado artístico" no sea una de tus virtudes quizá no saques nada de espuma. Aroma y sabor rico a frutos rojos y frutas del bosque, ciruelas roja, frambuesa, arándanos...Textura densa y espesa, carbonatación discreta, apenas algunas bolitas finas como puntas de aguja que chisporrotean ligeramente en la lengua, ácida con ligero dulzor afrutado, leve sensación de pica-pica, muy jugosa. Can 44 cl. Pours a cloudy opaque deep red with a rough, pinkish head. Intense, jammy raspberry nose. Medium body, again lots of raspberry paired with a rather sharp tartness from both lemon/lime and lactic acid. No bitterness. Perhaps a vague underlying buttery note. 290125

Canned 440ml. -at Goblet Zagreb. Deep purple coloured, small off-white head, berries and whiff of vanilla in the nose. Berries, light vanilla, mild lime and touch of salt with fruity finish.
