Aivonuollut on Motuekalla ja Ellalla humaloitu New Zealand pilsner.

Pantu yhdessä HOMBRE-kotiolutkollektiivin kanssa, joka on ennen Himoa tehnyt oluet Olarin sekä Paloaseman panimoiden kanssa osana heidän ”tee ite parempi” -kiertuettaan.

Oluen tyylin päättäminen, sen valmistaminen, graafinen ilme sekä tölkitys toteutettiin kaikki yhteistyössä Hombren kanssa.

Can (from Himo shop). Slightly hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is floral, some mild toffee, a bit herbal and grassy tones. Flavour is floral, fruity, some grassy and herbal tones with mild sweet malts.

--Sample, thanks oh6gdx! -- Hazy golden, small head. Fruity nose with some pineapple and dough. Mid sweet with light body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with some minerals and mango. Mid bitter finish.

Smell of citrus. Pale golden colour, high white head. Aroma of malt, kiwi, other fruity notes, some floral, mint. Lightly bitter. Fresh. Medium carbon.

Can 440ml (KCM Pirkkala)
Golden colour, steady white head and some lace. Light fruity kiwi aroma over pils malts. Light-bodied. Fruity with bitterness, citrus, malts. NZ style session pils.
