APPEARANCE: pale yellow color and cristal clear. medium white head with medium-low retention. TASTE: initial medium esters (oranges) followed by low sulphur and yeast. neutral malt background with slight sweetness. medium bitterness with a dry and slightly yeasty finish. MOUTHFEEL: medium-low body with medium carbonation. slight astringency. OVERALL: an average saison-like beer with some fermentation imperfections.

--Keg at Hopyard, Oslo. -- Lightly hazy golden, small head. Aroma of banana, grass and white currant. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity with bread, banana, marzipan. Mid bitter finish.
