Bottle shared with Countbeer. Opaque dark brown to black color, average to medium sized light brown colored head. Aroma is malts, moderately roasty, way more hoppy than I had expected. Taste malts, roasted malts, hops, a light touch of milk chocolate, malt and hop bitter, liquorice and lingering bitter. Decent to medium body and carbonation. Leans towards a black IPA in the aroma, but definitely more ’stout-ish’ in the flavor. Decent.

Bottle, batch 178 (from Tallinna Kaubamaja). Pours dark brown-black with light brownish head. Aroma is dark chocolate, roast, malt, ash. Flavor is sweet and bitter, roast, ash, malt. Finish is citrus-roast-dry bitter. Body is thick and watery at the same time. No sign of alcohol. Overall: nice one. 7.5% beer of the 2nd running of the same mash, they could probably make the 3rd "session beer" out of this mash and it would be still nice.

On tap at TCBW 2016. Pitch black with with a small, beige head. Strong roasty aroma with dark, bitter chocolate, som wooden notes, dark fruits, herbs and hints of citrus and coffee. Moderate to medium sweet with rough roasty flavours and a quite noticeable bitterness. Would be better after some aging, I guess, but certainly decent stuff.

33 cl bottle @ hotel room, Tallinn. Batch #178: BBE 17.02.2019.Aroma has licorice, ash and sweet molasses. Flavour has fruity hopa, grass, some ash and licorice. A stout on the very hoppy side. Nice, although the hops become quickly bitter in a harsh way.
