Bottled. Very deep brown colour with a small beigeish brown head. Aroma is toasted malts, some coffee, alcohol and mild ashy tones. Flavour is coffee, chocolate, some alcohol and mild roasted tones to it. Simple, but quite nicely dry palate.

Bottle @ Home. Pours black with a creamy tan head, lacings. Aroma of roasted malt, coffee, sour coffee, chocolate. Flavor is sweet, little sour, roasted malt, coffee, chocolate, little alcohol. Medium body, average carbonation, dry finish. 060119

0,33 flaske fra Bulgarsk Mad i Rantzausgade, Københsvn, på hytta Sep-17: brunsvart med fint, beige kniplingskum. Mørke sjokolader (som har vært oppbevart for varmt), tynn kaffe og overmodne solbær. Høres ikke spesielt forlokkende ut, men smaken er helt ok selv om jeg er litt i tvende sinn om denne. Virker litt uferdig.

Bottle.Black colour with meium beige head.Aroma is vinious and sweet with note of soya and caramel,roasted amd toasted with strong taste of dried fruits and bready really nice overall.

Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, dark malt, sweet malt, light chocolate - coffee. Flavor is moderate to light heavy sweet and bitter with a long duration, dark malt, roasted, sweet malt, dusty dark malt, light to moderate coffee - chocolate.
