On tap at Elizabeth Station, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out crisp grassiness, light herbaceousness, and crackery malt. Flavour is bright and correctly structured, with crisp grassy hops, fresh herbaceousness, straw and crisp crackery malt. Exactly what I want from a helles — clean, nicely hopped, gently herbaceous. Original review text: 16 oz. can, pours a clear blonde with a small white head. Aroma has light grassy hops, crisp biscuity malt, and some straw. Flavour is crisp and clean, with grassy hops, herbal notes, and straw. Clean and drinkable but not as biting as I'd want it.

Bright gold, fairly thick head. Big slightly toasty pale malt, well balanced helles with just enough bitterness and a rich malt character.
