Pours straw golden, some foam on to and stays for some time. Nose has that saison yeast spice blending together with strong basil herb character, interesting and actually not as bad as I was afraid it would be. Some sweeter malt character peeking out from beneath that. Taste has lots o herbal bitterness but alsos one tropical fruits and lingering bitterness in the finish. Interesting herbal pale ale, not sure if I like it that much but well, drinkable.

(Keg at Pikkulintu, 20170120) The beer poured golden and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had fresh basil, fruitiness and sweetness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, basil, fruitiness, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was spicy, herbal and bitter. A decent brew but not again.

33cl bottle from Väike Roosa Õllepood, Kristiine. Pours clear deep golden to amber with a modest, white head. Fruity aroma with surprisingly noticeable basil, yeasty saison notes and hints of tropical fruits. Moderate to medium sweet and surpriningly herbal in flavour. Nice, unusual and quite refreshing.

Bottle (shared by helen, thanks). Pours golden. Aroma is fruity, apricots, some sweetness. Flavor is sweet and bitter, basil, fruits, apricots. Body is watery. Alcohol is well covered. Overall: ok, smells better than tastes. Basil ruins the flavor, would prefer version without it.
