We used a German pils malt with German Kolsch yeast at a cool temperature to produce a beer we think is exceptionally crushable for a day on the river. Look forward to subtle honey notes and fruity esters that balance the German noble hops. We took our time lagering this beer so we encourage you to take your time savoring each sip.

Taster flight at the brewery. Clear golden pour, small white foamy head. Grassy, grainy aroma, cereal grains. Taste is biscuity, grassy, grainy with a nice crisp finish and lemon kiss.

On tap at the brewery pours out crisp clean straw topped with a white head. Nose is nice light grain corn husk notes and some grass hops. Taste is more of the nice corn husk malts and some grass.
