2 PM is a Bourbon barrel aged Imperial Stout aged for 30 months in Heaven Hill and Buffalo Trace Bourbon barrels. A parade of Ghana Cacao Nibs, Ugandan Vanilla Beans, Marshmallow, and Kornitje cinnamon were all invited to the party.

Flight pour at Ballard taproom. Pours jet black with minimal beige head. Aroma has a ton of bourbon, vanilla, marshmallow, and cinnamon. Flavour is jammed full of bourbon, marshmallow, cinnamon. Mouthfeel is thick. That definitely leans heavily into the dessert flavours, but excellent nonetheless.

500ml bottle pours out black topped with a tan head. Nose is nice sweet chocolate roast malts vanilla bourbon barrel and some cinnamon. Taste is more of the nice sweet chocolate roast malts vanilla coffee rich bourbon barrel cinnamon.

500ml bottle at share. Thick, dark brown pour, ring of head. Sweet, boozy aroma, chocolate. Taste brings nuances of cinnamon and vanilla. Very sweet, booziness fades
