Only in the realm of imagination, where the boundaries of reality blur, lies a Sapphire Rose. Its petals, an impossible blend of sapphire blue and delicate rose hues, symbolize the allure of the unattainable.

Crafted with New Zealand’s scenic landscapes in mind, Sapphire Rose is an IPA that captures the essence of a captivating land. It combines the unique characteristics of Nelson Sauvin, Waimea, and Wakatu hops, with each contributing to a harmonious and novel flavor profile. Nelson Sauvin hops impart the essence of white grape, Waimea adds a hint of citrus zest and woody undertones, and Wakatu hops complete the experience, bursting with the richness of mixed tropical fruits.

Sapphire Rose is a journey into the unknown. Each sip welcomes you to wander through the landscapes of imagination to explore realms that exist beyond the tangible. We hope you enjoy the journey as much as we do.

Charlton draught, 2/4/24. Milky, muted brass-golden. Small, white head to spotty cover quickly. Juicy citrus and mango with light pineapple, passion fruit and mild spiciness overall. Not all that deep or explosive of an aroma and say no big mineral nor any sulfur. If you told me this was plain old Motueka I'd believe you. White bread and biscuit malts balance gently. Clean, no resin or alcohol. More spice and tropical fruit character in the flavor, thankfully. Lychee, guava, passion fruit. Drying but fairly mild bitterness with a touch of chalk on the finish. Lingering light pineapple, guava and juicy citrus with ample bitterness. Quite malty and quite dry, which is a good thing.
