I should have read other ratings before opening the bottle, now had to clean the kitchen and change my shirt before able to have the first sip. Just like a champagne, maybe only one third of the bottle was left. What is left is dirty light copper, foam is still massive and is coming down slowly. Aroma is soft, malty and has also some sour notes. Still almost 4 months left until the "Best before" date but I guess that in reality I am having a much inferior product compared with the fresh brew - and it is obvious from the nose. Taste is sort of confirming this. Soft carbonation is good but taste has some wet malty cardboard, bit of sour wetness and that’s it. Not much going on in the flavour department, hops are there and Australian hops do sound like a good idea, just too bad that something went wrong with this brew. This beer should not really be sold actually, product is completely flawed.

33cl bottle as a gift. Loud sound when opening and the white foam is slowly sneaking out of the bottle. Pours hazy golden to orange, with an enormous, white head. Hoppy and fairly fruity aroma with some floral notes, tropical fruits and hints of herbs, grass and citrus. Moderate sweet and fairly hoppy and flavourful for a pilsner, but still balanced, tasty and easy to drink. Bitterness on the lighter side, a bit high carbonation, but far from fizzy. Decent stuff!

0,33L bottle (from UJH, Tallinn). Gusher, but I have seen worse. Pours amber with whiteish head. The head stays for some time. Aroma sweet, strawberries, sourness. Flavor is sweet and bitter, burnt sugar, citrus, grapefruit, malt, earthy notes, and strawberries. Finish is dry-grapefruit bitter. Overall: ok brew. Excluding the dryness, I wouldn’t even guess that it’s pils.

33cl bottle, courtesy of Jookos. Pours deep amber with a thick white head. Apricots, herbal hops, floral notes in aroma, mild citrusy notes. Citrusy floral flavor, malts and decent bitterness.
