Dark brown color. Dark brown color. Roasted malt, slightly acid, cherries, brandy, almonds, very heavy palate, smooth as hell, sweet and roasted malt. Wow, perfect BW and stout combo

Thiccccc (for a barleywine) creme brulee and dulce de leche notes on point, luckily no milk here! Tons of raisin notes, packing that malty sweet raisin finish, with plenty of barrel notes on the nose and upfront.

Bottle from Peders and shared at home with the Mrs (15/06/2024) - black pour with a very small ringed tanned head. Opulent sweet malty with layers of toffee and caramel sweetness, some dark dried fruit shred with caramelised singed brown sugar, nice mouthfeel & body and touch of vanilla, interlaced with lovely rich bourbon into the lingering warming malty close. Ticking so many boxes for me.

Bottle at share. Near black pour, thin ayer of beige head. Aroma stars amlty and adds notes of coconut and vanilla. Bourbon barrel really pops in the taste, boozy, sweet and smooth.
