This peach variety is always one of the last peach varieties to be harvested in Palisade, Colorado. It has less acidity than other peaches in my opinion. This blend proves my hypothesis for sure. Medium acidity, intense peach, full bodied. This is a very small blend and is exactly up the alley for any #teamfruit members.

Bottle at share. Pale golden pour with a light, wispy head. Aroma is peaches (as expected), fruity, grassy. Taste is peaches with a nice tartness, funk, peach skin.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy light gold with a slight orange hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has a nice slightly sweet peach with a slight tart bite and a bit of light grass funk underlying. Flavor has a great peach notes throughout that starts sweet and grows in tartness with that same light grassy funk supporting.
