500mL bottle, pours a clear darkish amber with a small beige head. Aroma has a pretty wonderfully English bready malt character, along with a hint of dry caramel, and toasted nuts. Flavour is wonderfully malt-forward, with a sort of uniquely spicy bready malt character dominating, with a touch of dry toasted caramel, and toasted nuts. Lots of great English bready malt on the finish. What an excellent ESB.

On tap at the brewery. Pours a light copper hue with a medium white head. A nice sweet floral and malty nose. Caramel, toast, light perfume. Smooth, clean.
