Keg at Beer Museum in Prague Day 5 of Fergus and Sarah’s Czech jaunt. 3/10/14. Clear reddy / copper coloured pour with a lasting creamy head. Aroma is berry, hedgerow floral hops, pollen, toffee malts. Flavour is composed of toffee, honey malts, floral, pollen hop, some resin. Very tasty. Palate is touch sweet, fullish body, moderate carbonation. Tasty brew.

On tap at the Prague Beer Museum, N. Míru, shared with Karlo. Poured a golden body. Fresh fig skin aroma, herbal, dry, nice in a way, though strange. Taste... marzipan, herbs, banana & müsli, not too complex, not much bitterness, very very strange, almost unidentifiable for the style that’s claimed, but really interesting. I get the 2.somethings as much as the 3.somethings.

Tap at Le Senk. Aroma very strong sweetness, sweet wort. Not much good as an IPA, not much good as anything. Clear golden to amber colour, stable white head. Taste strong caramel and honeyish sweet wort. Rather light bitterness. Unpleasantly full body. Really average beer at most. Resembles barely fermented wort.

tap @ Prague Beer Museum Námesti Míru, Praha. hazy golden, mid-sized white head. Lovely hop aroma. Full-bodied, malty base that supports the loads of hops very well. Citrusy and tropcial fruit with ahsy resiny character. Gooood.
