Clear copper beer with a touch of fizz to it. Bitter malt and caramel in the aroma, flavour is the same but it’s a touch too sweet for my taste. The finish is nice and dry though so it does balance out.

Bottle. Pours clear amber/bronze with huge creamy white head. Aroma is citrus, spruce, resin, dried rose leaves, soap, perfume. Taste is initial very bitter, then light sweet and light acidic. Body is watery to light creamy with sparkling carbonation. Finish is medium long with notes of fruit, bitter (red) grapefruit and citrus but also lighter notes of grain, nuts, cookies and butterscotch. Very refreshing and lots of impressions for the nose and tongue.

Slightly hazed amber with a thick tan head. Aroma is floral, light caramel. Taste is a soft, creamy/airy herbal/floral bitter. Nice, fresh piney hops. Truly more like an APA than a bitter.... But it’s very good.

500 ml. bottle. Clear, amber colour with a golden tint...eh, well it’s bronze... Big, fluffy off-white head. Fruity aroma with floral and herbal hops, caramel and toasted malts, some honey. Bitter taste. Medium body, lively carbonation. Finishes bitter . grapefruit - with a subsequent toffee note.

Bottle, 4.5%. Good malty aroma with a distinct floral and grapefruity note. Clear dark copper colour with a stable off-white head. The flavour starts off very bitter, turning maltier with a bit of the aforementioned grapefruity hop, perhaps also peach. Still rather rough bitterness, though, and it puts me off.

Bottle, courtesy of MiP. Pours clear amber with stable off-white head. I tense, bitter aroma of hops and herbs with notes of malt and citrus. Bitter, very hoppy flavour with notes of grass and subtle touches of malt. Creamy mouthfeel. Dry aftertaste. Nice, though much more like an APA rather than a bitter

Bottle from ASDA, Newport, Wales. Golden brown (or bronze) in colour with a sweetened aroma. Its taste is a mix of hops and lingering biscuit notes.
