Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a nice head. Starts mild, malty, spicy. Shy herbal notes. Mild bitterness. Finish could be a bit more balanced. Okay.

Weicher, süßlich röstiger Beginn. Moderate Herbe, dunkle Malznoten, etwas trockene Bitterkeit, weich. Troccken bleibend, würzig, cremiger Abgang, gefällt. 11/9/9/9/8/9

Almost clear golden beer with a beige head. Aroma of pale malt, hints of sourness, zest. Taste of mid sweet grainy malt, straw, cereals, mild bitterness.

Fruity mild. Nice with a soft bitter graininess. Easy to drink, dry grainy with a neutral bitterness in the end. danke Holger.

0,33 l bottle picked up at their open shop on thursdays. Cloudy yellow golden with a nearly two finger white foamy head in the glass. Smooth grainy and caramel aroma, some straw and hop in the background. Taste starts with bitterhop, straw, grainy, caramel. Increasing bitterness in the second part and aftertaste. Above average carbonated. Little bit rough for a Helles.
