Flaska från Kihoskh. Batch 2. Tjusigt mörk rödlila. Fantastisk doft och smak med massor av mörka och nästan övermogna hallon, körsbär och röda bär, marsipan, mandel. Oerhört fyllig och maffig. Som ett riktigt maffig dessertvin. Samtidigt fint sträv med drag av bärskal, nästan som om den vore fatlagrad. Fantastiskt gott, en av de fylligare från Schramm’s. Mycket gott!

Bottle shared with the KL Tasting Crew. Poured a clear medium brown colour with little life. The aroma is big sweet sugary raspberry. The flavour is moderate to medium to strong sweet with a super smooth rich sugary, light tart raspberry palate. Medium to full bodied with soft carbonation.

Mmm, honey. Excellent melomel, with tons of fruit. Lots of wood going on, giving it something dry between all the sweetness. Raspberries there, super jammy. Sweet and thick to the extreme. So much flavour. I do like good meads, in small amount.

Bottle on several occasions. Dark red, clear. Sweet raspberries all over, juicy, jammy and delicious. Oily sweetness without turning into sticky sugar. Lovely.
